Friday, September 23rd is officially “Hat Day” at Blackman Middle School. This third year event, hosted by the Builder’s Club, raises funds for Heavenly Hats which is a non-profit that gives hats to children with Cancer. During Hat Day, students donate one dollar to the organization and are allowed to wear a hat all day at school. The club has been recognized in years past for their large donations and hope to exceed last year’s collection.
