Ladies of Kiwanis welcome baby Samsel

The ladies of Kiwanis (and some of the men’s wallets) honored our member, Amanda Samsel, as she entered her third trimester.  Baby Grayson will be our own little “K Kid!”

Key Clubbers dip in to more than service

Members of the LHS Key Club had their first club social of the year yesterday.  Six gallons of ice cream, syrup, lots of candy and fruit toppings, whipped cream and a cherry on top was just what the doctor ordered for the nearly 80 club members in attendance.

Changing of the guard

Last Wednesday our club celebrated a great year and looked forward to our coming administration.  Lt. Governor Bill Rutley reinstalled and installed this year’s officers.  New to the board is Jack Segal and our new president is Justin Holder.  Immediate Past President Emily Arnold was presented as Kiwanian of the Year and Elisabeth Harper received the Community Service Award.
